Naegler spent most of his career in the steel industry. In 1997 he founded Senior Recruiters® Inc., a Staffing company specializing in services for "baby boomers or better." As a result of providing care for his aging parents and being involved in their "end of life" journey, Eric started Assisting Aging Parents in 2005. Kate Ann Naegler, contributed to this book. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and has been a Social Worker for 28 years. She has a Masters Degree in Psychology and teaches college courses in Social Work and Psychology.
